We custom manufacture
every product once an order is placed. Therefore there are no exchanges
on products ordered. There are also no refunds on the products sold
after shipping.
You may Cancel an order (prior to shipping) via our business phone at
888-873-5624. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation
of your order, providing no work has been performed on your order. In
the event that a cancellation was submitted after work has started but
before shipping, we will refund the order less the value of the work
performed.
